Welcome to the Reflective Circle Education Model (RCEM)

The Reflective Circle Education Model (RCEM) is an innovative model of peer supervision designed to foster critical self-reflection and professional growth in educational settings.

Building on five years of pilot studies in Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Specialist settings Associate Professor Fiona Gardner (Rural Health), Dr. Anne Southall (Education) and Dr Lindy Baxter have tailored the RCEM to meet the needs of both schools and educators.

The RCEM emphasises the integration of evidence-based practices to support teacher wellbeing and empowers educators to navigate complex challenges, enhance their teaching practices, and create impactful learning environments.
